Guanella Pass, CO [June 2008]

Glendale Home Group took the opportunity to share time together camping near Georgetown, Colorado. It was a relaxed three days of campfires, cooking, pipe-smoking, and eating. There was a unanimous decision to make it an annual event.
         
         
         
       

XXXV Hobbit Party [June 2008]

For my 35th birthday we celebrated another wonderful Hobbit Party. Guest were of all ages - from Jaxon Miller to Bob Krulish. The food and drink was "Jared's Favorites" including: BBQ chicken sandwiches, watermelon, homemade salsa, cinnamon swirl cake with vanilla ice cream in milk, and Pimms #1.

         
         
       

Colorado Rockies [October 2007]

The Colorado Rockies go on an unbelievable streak to make the playoffs.  They sweep the National League Championship Series against the Arizona Diamondbacks and go to the World Series. Thomas Albright had an extra Rockpile for me to see possibly the biggest win in Rockies history.
         
         
       

Estes Park, Colorado [Sept 2007]

We spent the weekend with Thomas, Danna, and Annie at the Scottish & Irish Festival in Estes Park, Colorado. We visited the Clan Mackay tent and appreciated traditional Scottish food (meat pies) and drink (whisky and beer).
